Step back in time, put on your pioneer hat, hone your log cabin building skills, and join us at an historic mining camp on the Colville National Forest! The Gypsy Copper Cabin is part of an historic mining complex located on the Colville National Forest, and dates from around 1900. The property includes the main cabin, a smaller powder house used in the past to store blasting powder and dynamite, and the mine adits, which are located a short hike away. The Passport in Time projects are no stranger here and several have focused on the powder house. This year's focus, however, will be Gypsy Cabin itself, which has had a few rough years, and during a heavy snow, its roof collapsed! We've always had a great time out at Gypsy, so we invite you to come out in August and help us give this historic gem a much-needed facelift and some TLC!

Please note: Strict COVID-19 protocols will be followed, including the wearing of masks.
